Candy

Considered a sweet treat around the world, it is one of the most traditional advent calendar day fillers.

Ranging from chocolate to hard, chewy to sour, flavored with peppermint and peanut butter, these candies can come in a multitude of sizes and shapes.

One of my first memories about candy is from Christmas time. The commercial for holiday M&Ms; with the red and yellow candy on the tv, trying to get Santa his bowl of candy instead of the traditional cookies. When my Grandparents open the bag, there was a certain smell that i could detect that was not in any other bag of M&Ms; I had ever opened. IT was something truly magical.
